The integration module for SysAid

Integr@ monitors any notifications coming from external, or third-parties systems, and immediately opens a ready-to-handle service request.

Integr@ module is designed by Irimì in order to cover integration needs among SysAid and any external system, like monitoring solutions, ERPs, or any other application.

According to SysAid standards, the intuitive, ready, and simple-to-use solution, Integr@ collects notifications and alarms sent by external systems and for each of them it opens an already classified service request on the basis of predefined rules for category, priority, urgency, routing, and more.


Full integration

Integr@ is designed for SysAid. As all modules (Server monitoring, Manager Dashboard, ITIL CMDB, etc.), Integr@ directly interacts with all SysAid tools.

One console to manage and monitor the whole IT infrastructure

Thanks to Integr@, SysAid enhances its capabilities, by becoming the centralized console for IT management and system monitoring; all activities, events, and logs are under control with Integr@ and SysAid.

Quick configuration

In a few clicks Integr@ is ready to register any notification, and opens service request in SysAid.

No system requirement

Integr@ doesn’t require any hardware. It is multi-platform and can be installed on a server different from the SysAid one.

* Integr@ is available in 2 different editions (Pro and Enterprise). These editions are not linked to SysAid editions: so you might buy the Enterprise edition of Integr@, at the same time you could use SysAid Pro edition.
